Leo is a tourism professional since 1989 when he first entered to the Airport Business. In 2004 he joined one of the Leading Italian International Hotel Chains (Domina Hotels&Resorts) as Development Manager for Central Asia and the Far East.
Eventually he was appointed CEO of the Company that was running Domina Grand Media Ljubljana and acted as Sales and Marketing Manager.
From 2005 he was CEO of the Italian Tour Operator and Travel Agency based in Trieste- Italy
After that he was appointed as Marketing Manager and Logistic Specialist of the Central European Youth Orchestra – Symphonic Orchestra in the frame of the INCONCERTO project.
In the last years, he worked for the Hotel Chain Ora as Marketing Manager and start up manager of different Luxurious properties in Italy and Africa and in 2012 was appointed as Head of the Sales Department of the Group in charge of the Internet Sales.
In November 2012 he moved to Tallinn, Estonia where he started his own Travel Company: Emeraude Travel OU and also worked as a teacher in Estonian School of Hotel and Tourism Management EHTE.
As of 2015 he is CEO of Aadress.org

Helen is the most valuable asset of Aadress.org, she takes care of the relations with local Authorities. Graduated from the Security and Defence Academy she has been developing Start-up Companies in the field of Customs, Fashion Design, Travel Business and many others.
Helen is culturally and socially open-minded. Accustomed to working in an International enviroment. Deep knowledge about India, Egypt, Turkey,Mexico, French Polynesia destinations and culture.
Helen is an Excellent communicator with a vast experience in Business Management.
Tatjana Piltsenko, Accountant
Tatjana offers high-quality accounting services to small and medium-sized companies, non-profit organizations, housing associations and other legal entities. In addition, she can offer our customers personnel accounting and financial analysis services. Tatjana will find an individual solution for each client.
