The Republic of Estonia is the first country to offer e-Residency — a transnational digital identity available to anyone in the world interested in administering a location-independent business online. e-Residency additionally enables secure and convenient digital services that facilitate credibility and trust online.
 
e-Residents can:
  • Digitally sign documents and contracts
  • Verify the authenticity of signed documents
  • Encrypt and transmit documents securely
  • Establish an Estonian company online.
  • A physical address in Estonia is required to establish an Estonian company
      your Estonian address may be obtained via Aadress.org.
  • Administer the company from anywhere in the world.
  • Conduct e-banking and remote money transfers.
  • Access online payment service providers
  • Declare Estonian taxes online.
 

e-Residents receive a smart ID card which provides:

  • digital identification and authentication to secure services
  • digital signing of documents
  • digital verification of document authenticity
  • document encryption
Our Virtual Office Service:
  • The Aadress. The Business Company address is the image and credibility of Your Estoninan Company.

 

  • E-mail forwarding. The Virtual Office secretary will receive your incoming E-mail messages to the companys E-mail. Handle and forward them according to previously accepted instructions. Faster and more convenient access to the transmission and receipt of messages is by e-mail and scanning. Unopened letters we will send you by ordinary mail.

 

  • Mail handling. Aadress.org will accept all letters sent to your virtual office . Handle and transmit them to you as quickly as possible according to previously accepted instructions.

 

  • Telephone service. Our staff will answer your phone calls in your name according to previously received instructions. Using a telephone service, you can choose whether to accept calls online or all the calls will be forwarde to an auto-responder

 

  • In case you choose our live answering service, it is active five days a week Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00.

 

  • All the calls that come in before or after business hours will be directed to the auto-responding device, recordings will be sent to you as soon as possible.
